Christopher Henderson is a seasoned trial attorney and former prosecutor with a decade of experience leading his own criminal defense practice. Before founding his firm, he served as a prosecutor where he developed a reputation for courtroom command and meticulous case preparation. He was selected as one of only 30 prosecutors invited to attend the prestigious Advanced Trial Skills Conference—an honor reserved for attorneys demonstrating exceptional litigation ability and trial performance.
Over the course of his career, Christopher has tried a wide range of cases spanning from capital murder to DWI, gaining extensive courtroom experience in high-stakes and complex matters. His background provides him with a strategic advantage—understanding how cases are built from the inside and how to effectively dismantle them in defense of his clients.
In addition to his criminal law experience, Christopher worked at Apffel Legal, where he handled medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. That civil litigation foundation sharpened his analytical approach to evidence, damages, and expert testimony. Today, he brings a comprehensive, trial-tested perspective to every case—combining prosecutorial insight, civil litigation experience, and ten years of dedicated criminal defense advocacy to protect his clients’ rights, reputations, and futures.
